1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr47 ("pkr47", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pkr47.app ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered by pkr47, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, arcade and fishing games, and all associated account, deposit, withdrawal, and promotional services.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the pkr47 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

pkr47 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with pkr47, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to online gambling services;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pkr47, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

pkr47 reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification. Users who provide false information regarding their age will have their accounts closed and any balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual user may register and maintain only one (1) account on the pkr47 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkr47 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances in such circumstances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and update such information promptly if it changes. pkr47 may require documentary verification of any information you provide, including but not limited to identity, address, and payment method ownership. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr47 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pkr47 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pkr47 immediately via the contact information provided in Section 15.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkr47 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedure in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — prior to processing withdrawal requests above stated thresholds or at any point pkr47 deems necessary for compliance purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal facilities suspended until documentation is provided.

4. Deposits & Payments

pkr47 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All account balances on pkr47 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise expressly stated.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 or as specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction;
• pkr47 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name;
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your pkr47 account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation;
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to credit, subject to the sending bank's processing times;
• pkr47 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• pkr47 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit transaction that cannot be verified, is suspected to be fraudulent, or originates from a source inconsistent with your registered payment details.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified pkr47 account holders are processed subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete any required KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless pkr47 expressly approves an alternative method;
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days;
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours;
• pkr47 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawal requests;
• Withdrawals will not be processed for funds sourced from disputed, charged-back, or reversed deposits;
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pkr47 may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr47 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all pkr47 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rules as set out in the applicable promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time per account, unless pkr47 expressly permits otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until applicable wagering requirements are fully met;
• pkr47 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, where it determines abuse, exploitation, or technical error has occurred;
• Users who participate in promotional offers using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse"), or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion, will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts closed.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pkr47 Platform are subject to the specific game and sport rules published within the Platform. The following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr47 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where expressly provided in specific sport or event rules;
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or manifest error (including incorrect odds, multipliers, or game outcomes resulting from technical malfunction), pkr47 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes;
• Live in-play bets on cricket (including PSL, T20I, and ODI markets) are settled based on official scorecards and tournament body decisions. pkr47 is not liable for delays or changes caused by weather interruptions, DLS method applications, or other official match modifications;
• pkr47 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any user without providing a reason;
• All casino game outcomes for non-live titles are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are independent of any previous result.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr47 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits other than in cases of confirmed fraud;
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for an extended period may apply for self-exclusion through account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr47 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of pkr47 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pkr47 Platform without the prior written consent of pkr47. Unauthorised use of pkr47 intellectual property constitutes an infringement of these rights and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities;
• Technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond pkr47's reasonable control;
• Errors in game outcomes arising from software faults or data feed interruptions, where pkr47 has exercised reasonable care;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkr47's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

pkr47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pkr47;
• You have engaged in conduct inconsistent with responsible gaming obligations.

You may close your pkr47 account at any time by submitting a written request to pkr47 via the contact details in Section 15. Any genuine outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pkr47 is registered. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that the laws of your own jurisdiction may differ and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of pkr47 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations, including those relating to online gambling.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pkr47 may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pkr47 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users, which may include a notification on the Platform or via the contact details registered to your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
